Rajeev Singh is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Concur and is responsible for ensuring that the operating groups align and execute against the company’s revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets and for helping to define the corporate strategy. He has been the company’s President since 2005, and COO since 2003. Prior to his executive role, he worked in numerous capacities at Concur, including heading the sales, marketing, development and client services organizations. Singh co-founded Concur with Michael Hilton in 1993. Prior to founding the company, he worked as an engineer at Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Western Michigan University.

As EVP of Client Services, Bob is responsible for service deployment and day to day satisfaction of Concur's expanding global client base. His primary objectives are to streamline Concur’s best practices implementation process and to deliver a world class user experience. Bob’s organization includes over 300 worldwide project managers, technical consultants and support engineers with travel and expense management expertise. Bob joined Concur in 2006 as part of the acquisition of Outtask, which he co-founded and served as EVP of Operations and Client Services. Prior to Outtask, Bob managed R&D and Client Services at Platinum Technology.

Mr. Cavanaugh became Executive Vice President, Client Development in October 2007. Prior to that, he served in various roles since joining Concur in 1999, including Executive Vice President, Business Development, Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Director, Consulting Services. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Cavanaugh held consulting and implementation management positions at Seeker Software and Ceridian Corporation. Mr. Cavanaugh served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1991 to 2001.
